Thank you for considering alto tower restaurant at the Telstra Tower for your wedding. We offer a unique
venue, where every guest will rotate past the bridal table during the evening. Please. Alto will ensure your
wedding is organised in a smooth and professional manner, and we are confident your guests will enjoy their
visit to one of Canberra’s most unique locations, whilst offering the most magnificent views in the city. We

Please note that our menus are adjusted seasonally, and prices are current to 31st December 2012.
Venue Hire
Venue hire is inclusive of food and beverage charges. We do however have minimum charge if booking out
the whole venue, this depends on time of year and day of the week, between $2500 for lunch year round and
$10 -15,000.00 for dinner. We can cater for up to 220 guests. Please call to get an accurate quote.
Planning
Final arrangements and menu selections should be made with alto two weeks prior to the wedding date. With
final numbers received five working days prior to the wedding along with the final payment. The numbers
advised would be the minimum charged. We welcome the opportunity of working with you in planning your
wedding to ensure a memorable day for all the right reasons.
Confirmation of Bookings
Confirmation of your booking must be made in writing with the date, estimated number of guests and time
the function is to commence and any details which might be pertinent to your booking. A deposit of $1000 is
required to confirm your booking. Cancellation fees will apply if cancellation is within 30 days of function
date.
Duration of Function
Usually the duration is six hours for evenings and four hours for lunchtime bookings, this is flexible for
evenings but not lunch, as we have to prepare for our dinner service.
Terms and conditions
Alto Restaurant will not accept responsibility for damage or loss to third party equipment or
personal belongings prior to, during or after functions. Any damage to the Restaurant is the financial
responsibility of the client.
Alto reserves the right to pass on credit card payment fees. This charge may vary with out notice according
to our bank’s facility fees. We currently charge a 3% transaction fee for amex and diners, nothing for Visa &
Mastercard.
In accordance with responsible service of alcohol guidelines, no alcohol package is to exceed a five (5) hour
duration. Guidelines require that intoxicated persons will not be served. There will be no refund for people
who are not served due to intoxication.
All decorations other than bridal table and candles are the responsibility of the client to provide. All confetti,
rice and glitter the use of glitter as a table decoration and the throwing of rice or confetti on the grounds and
inside alto is not allowed.
Any excessive cleaning will be charged at $100.00 per hour.
